Each 90-minute workshop consists of 3 JA Volunteers lead discussions on a variety of topics that will help students understand the value of professional communication and soft skills, making them more employable to future employers across multiple career clusters. Lessons will focus on social and soft skill competencies relating real-life experiences to job skills and preparing students for their future careers.

Multi-day implementation is the standard format for delivering JA learning experiences. The format is flexible. Volunteers can complete the sessions in one school week or over several weeks.
